Deb
Mishra - Chairman & Co-Founder
Deb
Mishra has more than 14 years of experience in the innovative
application of leadership, business,
and technology skills towards creating solutions that provide a superior
value proposition to customers.
Prior to founding QuadRite, Mishra was the VP of Engineering at
Wizshop.com, an e-commerce
startup, where he
planned and directed the implementation of a scalable infrastructure for
providing e-commerce services to top tier ISPs.
Before
Wizshop.com, Mishra worked for over ten years at Hewlett Packard, where
he was most recently a
Section Manager for R&D-to-Manufacturing Link-Products. He was
responsible for a portfolio of three
products and achieved an annual growth rate of 30% in revenue. One of
his most notable achievements
was directing the development of an Integrated Product Information
Management system. This B2B
solution, which enables the sharing of information between supply-chain
partners through the Internet, has
been implemented at 80% of HP's product divisions.
Mishra
was also the manager responsible for HP's Worldwide Product Data
Management (PDM) program.
He chaired the steering committee that provided the vision and
direction, and his team created the PDM
solution using a combination of third-party tools and in-house software.
This PDM solution is currently
used by more than 40 HP product divisions across the globe.
Deb's
first management role at HP was to create and manage the "Core
Processes" organization in the
Design Automation R&D lab. He created the charter of objectives for
the organization and guided the
effort to implement process improvements in the department creating a
30% improvement in overall
software product creation process.
As
an HP engineer, Deb helped create the first Component Supplier
Management product. With no third-party
products available, he led the effort to develop the patent-pending
Flexible Schema Architecture for
dynamic management of relational database information.
Mishra
has a B.S. in EE from Sambalpur University, India, an MBA from Indian
Institute of Management,
Calcutta, India and a Masters in Management Information System from
University of Arizona, Tucson.

Product Introduction (NPI)
process-based service management at Hewlett Packard. During his tenure
at HP, Peck managed
manufacturing and information technology teams supporting printed
circuit assembly, new product
release, test, and factory floor automation.
Prior
to founding QuadRite, Inc. Peck was a Managing Consultant in HP's
Product Data Management
(PDM) practice, delivering enterprise solutions to Fortune 10 customers.

resounding success and enabled HP
to win the General Motors PDM project.
Peck
is a recognized expert in the PDM area and has spoken worldwide on data
management and systems
integration topics in various conferences and other forums. He is also
